What do I need to open a personal account?
You will need to complete the account application. You will also need a valid identification card and Social Security Number to open a personal account

What do I need to open a business account?
Current business documents, Secretary of State Verification (if applicable), valid Tax Identification Number (if applicable) will be needed to open a business account

Is there a minimum opening balance on accounts?
Most of our accounts require $100 to open.

Is there a service fee on accounts?
Service fees are applicable based upon account type. See Consumer or Commercial Checking tab for fees that apply.

How do I order checks?
Call (205) 932-8911 and speak to our customer representative to assist you. You must have a valid account number to order checks.

How do I report my ATM/Debit card lost or stolen?
Please call 1-800-500-1044 as soon as possible.

How do I put a stop payment on a check?
Please call our bookkeeping department (205) 932-8911

Is there a stop payment fee?
Yes, there is a fee of $20.00 to place a stop payment on an item.

What is Citizens Bank routing number?

Can I view my statements online?
Yes, statements can be viewed online via Online Banking.
